What is diode laser hair removal?
Diode laser hair removal uses a targeted approach in damaging chromophores beneath the skin (melanin or blood) through selective photothermolysis. Diode laser hair removal instrument working principle
The Diode 808 laser is preferentially using selective light absorption by the melanin of the hair. The light energy is taken up by the hair follicle and converted to heat energy, and minimal energy is transferred to the skin. This preferentially heats the hair while reducing oxygen organization around hair follicle and reducing the chance of hair regrowth.
